Philipp Kirkorov amazed everyone every day not only with his outfits, but also with his physical form. The pop king has bulked up in the last couple of months: it seems he was not so athletic even in his youth. One day, Kirkorov undressed, exposing his pumped-up biceps and showing off his massive torso.

— I have quite serious physical training now, — says Philip. — My every day starts at 5 a.m. with swimming. Then I go to the gym, where I work out for two hours. In general, from 5 to 10 a.m. every day I have physical training!

The singer says that he has eliminated all harmful products from his diet. Now his menu does not include his favorite dumplings with chebureki, nor sweet soda.

“Only dairy and yoghurts,” the singer said.

By the way, Kirkorov not only pumped up his muscles, but also covered his body with tattoos: they are on his arms, legs and even his back. There he depicted the family coat of arms.

"I was the first to see his tattoos," admitted Yana Rudkovskaya. "Philipp is my close friend. He showed them to me right away. By the way, I think that Philip, like Stas Mikhailov, looks better now than he did 10 years ago. It's all love - it works wonders!"

Kirkorov, at the New Wave, talked about his daughter Alla-Victoria, who, as is known, recently became a blogger and filmed a parody of her father.

“It’s better for her to copy me than others,” Philip joked. “All the money will be in the family!”

Philip knows that Alla-Victoria has questions about her behavior. But Kirkorov does not see anything criminal in his daughter's hooligan behavior.

- Let her be a hooligan now, - said the king of pop. - Usually, when a girl is a submissive white mouse in childhood, she later grows up to be a fury. And if she is a hooligan in childhood, then later she becomes a wonderful married wife, a housewife. Or an artist. The main thing is that she is not a singer! With a surname like ours, it is better to do a profession that brings in a lot of money...

By the way, Kirkorov wasn't the only one to show off his elastic muscles in Sochi. Alsou, who is currently going through a divorce, wasn't discouraged at the young performers' competition, actively communicated with her colleagues and showed off her flat tummy. In a conversation with MK, the star said: she doesn't have any special secrets to her slim figure.

— I have had a flat stomach all my life: nature has given me this, — the singer explains. — Even though I have three children. I do sports, but without fanaticism. Every morning I do stretching and twenty push-ups. This is a must. Plus proper nutrition. Nobody believes me, but I am slim like my dad. He has always been very slim.

Larisa Dolina also came to Sochi. The star tried not to talk about the scammers who had taken her bait.

"That's a forbidden question!" she told reporters.

In Sochi, the artist calmly walked around without makeup: Larisa Alexandrovna looks very dignified at 68 years old.

Nikolay Baskov came to the resort for only one day, although he will be seen twice in the TV version. He recorded his second number for the closing ceremony without an audience. Behind the scenes, the artist complained that, like Dolina, he himself almost became a victim of scammers.

— They allegedly called me from the Kremlin and said that Dmitry Kozak was looking for me, — the singer said. — They gave me a phone number where I could contact him. I called back and heard a voice that really sounded like Kozak. He told me: “Denis Valentinovich Manturov and I are in Kursk. We know that you help everyone. So now we will send you an invoice to which you need to transfer 9 million 800 thousand rubles. Be sure to indicate that the money is going to medical services.” I was a little tense: why on earth would government officials ask artists for money? I called the right people and found out that Kozak had not left for Kursk. Of course, I gave the phone number from which they called me to certain people. You see, swindlers are already trying to profit from the tragedy in the Kursk region!

Aleksandr Buinov has health problems: in Sochi he was noticeably limping. Looking closely, MK correspondents saw an impressive-sized patch on his knee.

“I hurt my ankle and knee,” the singer admitted. “The doctors say it’s with me forever. I need to walk more…”

Oleg Gazmanov talked about the artists who fled Russia. He called them enemies.

- If they are on the other side of the barricades, then what else can you call them?! - the singer was surprised. - They are enemies, not colleagues. It's high time to call a spade a spade. But in general, I think that if you went abroad, then at least don't throw dirt on the country that gave you everything...

Many celebrities in Sochi took their children. For example, Sergey Lazarev appeared in the company of his son Nikita and daughter Anya. They attended not only evening concerts, but also daytime rehearsals with their dad. During one of them, the children warmly communicated with Ani Lorak; she stroked Anya's back. By the way, Lorak found herself in the center of a scandal in Sochi. One day, the artist showed her ample breasts. The singer was criticized: they say, it is not appropriate to expose oneself in such difficult times.
