In the Belgorod region, 120 reservists remain to be called up, the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov said in Telegram. The head of the region noted that the Ministry of Defense reduced the number of residents of the region who should be sent to the front, while not naming the exact number to be mobilized. He also stated that new subpoenas to the draft board would be annulled.

“Last night, the Ministry of Defense made a decision and reduced the number of residents who should be drafted into the armed forces at this stage. Thus, today we have about 120 people left who will now be called up as part of partial mobilization. All others who received the summons will be notified by the military registration and enlistment offices, and they will be cancelled. In case of receipt of new tasks from the Ministry of Defense, they will be carried out by the military commissariats of the region,”— wrote Vyacheslav Gladkov.

According to the governor, the mobilized residents of the Belgorod region are equipped with clothes and shoes, but the regional authorities will make decisions to “staff” the called-up reservists.

According to the Defense Ministry, as part of the partial mobilization announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin, 300,000 people are to be mobilized. Some regions have already reported the completion of mobilization. The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, reported on September 23 that the conscription plan was overfulfilled by 254%. The head of the Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, announced the completion of mobilization on September 25, the governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, announced the implementation of the plan by 100% yesterday, September 27.
