Bastrykin became interested in the removal of children from a participant in a special operation

The Investigation Department of the ICR for the Sverdlovsk Region reported that the head of the department, Alexander Bastrykin, demanded to report on the situation with possible negligence in the duties of regional guardianship authorities that remove adopted children from the family of a serviceman participating in the SVO.

Earlier, the SUSK began checking the actions of guardianship in order to identify an offense under Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (negligence).

"The course of the pre-investigation check was put under control in the central office of the department," the Investigative Department of the TFR for the Sverdlovsk Region said in a statement.

According to preliminary information available to the TFR, the guardianship authorities are seizing foster children from the family of a serviceman living in the village of Beloyarsky. The wife of a serviceman is currently raising eight children alone, including five adopted ones. The reason for the actions of the guardianship authorities was a complaint about the ill-treatment of one of the adopted girls.
