Basketball Tournament among CFD teams opens in Kostroma

The Regional Basketball Federation informs that today the final games of the Interregional Amateur Basketball League of Russia among men’s teams started in Kostroma.
Eight best teams from the Central Federal District from Moscow, Ryazan, Yaroslavl, Voronezh, Tver, Kaluga and Tambov regions came to Kostroma for these competitions. The Kostroma region is represented by two teams from Kostroma and Nerekhta.
On Friday and Saturday, preliminary games will be held, and on Sunday, May 28, final meetings will be held. During them, the participants will determine the regional champion, who will go from the Central Federal District to the All-Russian Super Final.
Meetings of basketball teams will be held in the sports complex “Junior” at Bulvarnaya street, 6.
