The DPR basketball team showed a high class of play.
At the basketball competitions, the DPR team led by coach Tatyana Taran won the second place in the Friendship Cup of the Peoples of the Caucasus, the DPR Ministry of Youth, Sports and Tourism reports.
In the Open Republican Basketball Tournament among women’s teams, basketball players had to withstand the competition of teams from Karachay-Cherkessia, the Krasnodar Territory, Abkhazia, the cities of Kropotkin and Labinsk.
