The exercise must be repeated 20 times.

Peruquoi noted that deep breaths activate the body.

Another way to “wake up” after waking up is to stretch for 5-10 minutes and then take a contrast shower.

It is better to do this: first turn on the water at room temperature, bring it to 45 degrees, and then add a cold jet until the temperature drops to 15-20 degrees.
