Athletes from YaNAO took gold and bronze at the All-Russian tournament in Greco-Roman wrestling

Two medals were won by Yamal athletes at the All-Russian competitions in sports (Greco-Roman) wrestling. The tournament is held from 22 to 26 September in Kazan among juniors under 21, the department of physical culture and sports of the YNAO reported.
“Georgy Gogichaev became the winner in the weight category of 77 kilograms. Tamirlan Zagirov won a bronze medal in the 63 kilo weight category. Athletes train at the Victoria Sports School of Purov under the guidance of Araz Khalilov, Kazbek and Soslan Farniev,” the relevant department said.
Recall that recently Georgy Gogichaev from Tarko-Sale became bronze medalist at the All-Russian competitions in Krasnoyarsk.
