At the stadium "Mashinostroitel" in Pskov, work began on the creation of a training field for football. This was announced by the head of the city Boris Elkin in his Telegram channel. The regional center received materials and equipment for these purposes under the program of the Russian Football Union. Internal backfill, quartz sand, crumb rubber, artificial grass and a locker car were provided for the construction.

Workers have already begun to equip the base of the field, in the future they will equip the drainage, lay the cover, install lighting and a protective net.

"The new field will meet the standards of the RFU and will allow unloading the main one. This will be another impetus for the development of football in Pskov," Boris Elkin emphasized.
