It also says that the Economic Security Bureau has compiled a list of 23 legal entities associated with Russia and Belarus, which the Ukrainian side will ask for inclusion in international sanctions lists.

The Ukrainian government is calling on the international community to transfer frozen Russian assets to Ukraine to rebuild the country after the fighting.
