The armed forces of Ukraine shelled the village of Nekhoteevka in the border area of ​​the Belgorod region, wrote Governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov in his Telegram channel.

The head of the region specified that the customs terminal, where a fire broke out, was damaged during the shelling. Nearby was a non-working gas station, but its territory was not affected.

Earlier today Gladkov informed about the shelling of the village of Krasny Khutor in the same Belgorod region, 14 households were damaged, no one was injured. The same village was shelled the day before.

On September 13, Gladkov reported on the shelling of the empty border village of Zhuravlevka, in which, according to him, only elderly people over 80 remained.

Since the beginning of the special military operation on the territory of Ukraine, the Belgorod region has been repeatedly shelled. As a result, some settlements were resettled. Since April 11, the “yellow” level of terrorist danger has been in effect throughout the region, it has been extended many times, now it is valid until September 22.
