Acer unveils 16-inch Swift Edge laptop

Acer introduced new laptop – The Swift Edge is positioned as the lightest 16-inch OLED laptop on the market. Sales of Acer Swift Edge will begin in October. In the US, the cost of a laptop will be from $ 1.5 thousand, and in Europe – from € 1.5 thousand.
The magnesium-aluminum laptop features a 16-inch 4K (3840×2400 dots) OLED display with a peak brightness of 500 nits. The novelty is available with different variants of AMD Ryzen Pro 6000 Series and AMD Ryzen 6000 Series processor families. The RAM can be up to 32 GB and the SSD can be up to 1 TB.
For Swift Edge, a special Microsoft Pluton security processor and a biometric access system are announced. There are HDMI 2.1 ports, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C ports with fast charging capability, two USB Type-A ports, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
