About 40% of working youth plan to continue their career in the same field

More than half of the young people working there (aged 15-29) do not plan to change their field of activity in the horizon of 3-5 years. Of those considering moving to another field, 4% plan to work in the service sector. Production, construction, and education are also attractive for young employees. The least attractive activity turned out to be the real estate activity: practically none of the employees expressed their firm intention to develop in this area, although 36% are still considering it. In general, about 40% of working youth plan to continue their careers.

According to the study, the areas of information and communication, as well as production activities, demonstrate the greatest attractiveness for the transition from the current sphere for working youth.
