This was reported by the press service of the regional Ministry of Sports. He was known as a man who stood at the origins of army hand-to-hand combat, an organizer of competitions in it and a trainer. Among his students are active officers of the army and police.
Vitaly Nikolayevich Batishchev graduated from the law faculty of the Omsk State University, worked in the prosecutor’s office and the police, went through “hot spots” – Afghanistan and Chechnya.
