The tax on business expenses that go to help the territories of Donbass and the Russian military is proposed to be canceled. The corresponding bill will be submitted to the State Duma by the Liberal Democratic Party. About it “RIA News” said the first deputy head of the committee of the lower house of parliament on construction and housing and communal services, Vladimir Koshelev, a member of this party.

The MP explained that the laws on taxes and accounting impose an additional financial burden on companies providing humanitarian assistance to Donbass. “At the beginning of next week, the Liberal Democratic Party will submit a bill that will exempt from taxes all the assistance provided by the entrepreneurs of our country to the front and the people’s republics of Donbass,” Mr. Koshelev said. These funds are supposed to be attributed to the costs of enterprises that are not subject to taxation.

At the end of August, Izvestia reported that the State Duma planned introduce a draft law that will nullify the value added tax for companies and organizations providing humanitarian assistance to Donbass. According to the authors of the bill, this would help increase its volume.
