According to the Aktion Finance service, in 2022, 72% of Russian companies increased their revenue, of which 31% of companies increased by more than half. 26% of companies recorded a drop in revenue. Another 1% of companies said that their financial performance remained unchanged compared to last year.

Aktion Finance studied the data of 195 thousand companies with revenues of more than 120 million rubles that submitted reports for the past year. Representatives of large, medium and small businesses were taken into account. The study was carried out for Forbes.

According to the survey, the revenue of the hotel business and catering grew most actively (86% reported an increase in the indicator). Also, 83% of companies in the field of culture and 81% of business from the field of education showed revenue growth. The largest increase was recorded in the construction sector – more than half of the companies from this industry increased it by 50%.

A drop in profits of more than 50% was recorded by 3% of companies. For 30% – 5% of companies. Another 10% of respondents said that their revenue fell by 10-12%, and 8% of respondents – by less than 10%.
